Comments from the Gordon Rich-Phillips, Member for South Eastern Metropolitan Region

Crime is up under Daniel Andrews but police numbers are down and local streets are less safe than they were a year ago.

This year residents of Casey have experienced the biggest increase in crime so far this decade on Daniel Andrews watch.

Police resources are under pressure and stations are being closed to the public in the face of rising crime.

Stations including Endeavour Hills have had to reduce their opening hours because of a lack of resources from Daniel Andrews.
